COED SOCCER

The 2nd Game of COED Pick up soccer occurred last night at the West End Community Center. There was approximately 20 participants which is more than twice the turn out from the previous week. Players of all skill levels were present and the interaction was enjoyable and fun.

IT is the intention of the SFC to expand the COED league. A this time there is not enough interest to make this an official division however it is hoped by January there may be 2 full teams registered so that instead of pick up games there will actually be scheduled games.

Jolene Hall is the coordinator for the COED soccer and is working towards creating an environment that could see COED experienced and inexperienced players have a place to play for fun.
